The Ballestas Islands they are a group of islands and islets located in the Pacific Ocean, composed by rock formations near the district of Paracas in Peruknown as the ‘Galapagos of Peru’ by its impressive sea fauna, thousands of guano birds, and hundreds of marine mammals that live in the caves and natural arches that were formed by the erosion of the sea over the years. Form part of the National Reserve.
